Maria Heriz
Maria Heriz is Executive Vice President, Embedded Processing Sub-Group, and has held this position since September 2025.
Heriz started her career with Texas Instruments, where she held various account and sales director roles. Later, she joined NXP and rose through the ranks to become Vice President Sales, EMEA Mass Market & Distribution in 2016. In 2018, Heriz joined test and measurement leader Tektronix, where she served in various positions leading EMEA and India regions and lately as Chief Product & Marketing Officer responsible for global product lines, business growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence.
In 2022-2024, Heriz also sat on the Board of Directors at VAT, a leading manufacturer of vacuum solutions for semiconductors, supervising the company’s ESG strategy.
Maria Heriz was born in Madrid, Spain in 1977. She graduated with master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Télécom ParisTech in France.
